Yash, Thanks for your response. While it is true that physically moving the files around doesn't take much time, the TTL in DNS and trying to ensure little to no downtime is the issue. To do it "right", we'd have to modify DNS TTL down to say 10 minutes, then wait a day for that to update...

Nothing against JH's mail servers, but if you're looking for multiple domains and such, use google apps. We have a mix of GA and JH mail servers, depending on the needs of the customers.. Dspam and SpamAssassin just don't measure up well against google mail..

I'm not sure I follow, I can't run accounts having the same login info side-by-side can I? So basically I'd have to download the web files and DB, delete the account, create a new account on a linux plan, and go from there? Or can it all be under the same account somehow?

Can that be done without deleting and readding the account? I'm not worried about removing the web files and reuploading them, just about removing the DB and account and adding it new..
