Having a play with this but although the code is where it is supposed to be (and you can see it when you view source) google is still unable to confirm the code? Has anyone actually managed to use it?

How about mailing lists? People can then subscribe to what is relevant to them.

I have a domain hosted elsewhere that has awstats V6.4 Build 1.814 (Build 1.812 on JH). There is an option within there to update the stats manually (next to the date drop down box at the top). Is that something that JH have disabled or a new feature of Build 1.814?

When we originally set up our reseller hosting the step by step instructions tell you to create a Technical Support account for built in ticket support. Now that we are on anon support do we still need that account? Just frees up another CP license.
