I saw the same problem at first too, but to populate the database what I did was to export my database from my home system into the one on Jodohost using Enterprise Manager.

It does for me now too. They recreated the dns entry on the servers.

It started last night sometime. I didn't see it but others did. And now I have a problem with it too.

The domain is just fine at the register. The dns settings are: ns1.jodoshared.com ns2.jodoshared.com And if you look at it with whois it shows up with all the correct information.

It was December 22 or 23.

I have 6 domains on win1 and I am having a name server problem with one of them. ysgard.com cannot be pinged or brought up in a browser, but if you use the Instant access domain alias it works just fine. All of my other site are working fine too. Has anyone else seen this type of problem...

It looks like I can pop email off from the new server that I just setup, but when I have Outlook test teh connection to the SMTP server, it fails. I looked up some previous problems that are similar to this in the forum and I have been able to get email on port 25 on my old hosting company, but...
