    But I don't understand where you need to specify win5 or 24 in your ftp login? I use ftp.mysite.com to login with the same userid/pw and it works without any problem. The switch was quite smooth for me.

    OK. I got the problem solved. When I had only one database login, this problem was there. When I added a second login, it started working. So I guess this belongs in the knowledge base.

    I thought only numbers should be enough to track the ticket. Here it is: #DOT-34241-112 I am not on a reseller plan but Silver plan Windows shared hosting. Add user is not working. They replied to the ticket but didn't read my second message describing the above problem. I am stuck.

    Mail servers are timing out for all my domains. I tried to enter a ticket but didn't get a response. I don't see it in open tickets too. Is it manually processed before being added to open tickets?
