I just tried to send an email from outside Jodo to an account hosted with you - and it wasn't on the list of allowed recipients? Are we blacklisted somewhere? Is there a way I can see from what list by looking the error message?

OK - I just realised that there are two settings on time zones in vbul. There is the admin panel default time zone, which I have now corrected on my site, and then there is the personal time zone for each user. My website is showing exact times now. BUT this forum is not... it's 45 minutes...

I'm running Vbull on Win5 and the time is off. Actually - it seems that it's off on this forum too... On my forum I have time set to EST, but it's actually showing as just under 4 hours ahead. Is it the server that is wrong here?

Hey Yash - are we having some problems w/ win5 today? Seems we've had at least a couple of short outages this evening (not including the security update earlier in the day)...

You have a win2003 server again? I know this is off topic, but I guess this means you resolved all the issues you had earlier in the year? I'm specifically referring to the loss of sessions that no-one could explain or fix... NOT that I'm asking to be be moved. I have no desire to test out...

Thanks for the detail Yash. Appreciated, as is the teams work to correct these problems. Please enlighten me further, but I would think that servers with as much RAM as you have shouldn't be getting anywhere close to capacity under normal circumstances, right? If so, then I would assume...

Any particular reason why my thread was deleted this morning? I really would like the opportunity to at least see a response before you delete my comments. I thought deleting threads wasn't part of your game plan anymore? Again - there were another two outages this morning. Comment please...

strange - they are usually pretty good with the tickets. in the past I've usually got a reply within about 30mins to an hour... 24 hours would definately send me crazy
