I think you will need to get a dedicated IP for that. You can try to add a wildcard alias to the domain on hsphere like *.mydomain.com but I'm not sure that will work. also you need to add a wildcard IP address to your DNS records (*.mydomain.com) hth

Well it has already been 3 days since I was told it would take 24-48 hours. What is going on? I find it hard to believe that it would take so long to get an IP, sounds more like someone isn't doing all you can/should do.
