Maybe this is a good thing, but for the first time today I needed to file a ticket. However, my login info from the old support system doesn’t work at billing.jodohost.com and when I try the “forgot password” link, it says none of my email addresses exist in your system. Mine is a reseller hosting account if that makes a difference.
The request is the good ole “site has zero quota in hsphere” issue that I have to file far too regularly.
Hmm, interesting, I was actually able to reset the quota through HSphere. That used to always require a help desk ticket. Regardless, I’d like to be able to file tickets in the future, so info on how to log in is still important.
You need to create an account
We don’t have the hsphere system linked and authenticating, so you have have a different user/pass than Hsphere itself, that was problematic due to the two clusters etc in the prior desk.
OK, I’ve done that. The system knows nothing of my various domains, the fact that I’m a reseller, past support history (which I guess I can live without). It has no billing info associated (my renewal is coming due soon). Is there a way to set all that up or should I not worry? I guess my concern is that I’m going to have to start every ticket with “I’m a reseller host and here’s my customer’s issue…”
your billing will be done on the Hsphere CP only , however to open tickets you will have to create a login for yourself at billing (dot ) jodohost (dot) com.
