the same ISP can be the problem. We have many customers from canadian ISPs that have not reported any such issues (packet loss or slow performance).
Yash - Just as a comparision, here is another site we maintain at 1and1. So as I mentioned it does not seem to be our ISP, but the route when goign to Jodohost.
Another test to the PingPlotter site, no loss at all. ?(
One last test to Google. It may well be that Telus is the issue or somethign on their backbone. Seems anything going through them causes issues, which included Jodohost.
Since they are not our ISP there is little we can do on our end, but considerign how many they impact in Canada it will be an issue for many Canadians trying to hit Jodohost.
Just curious what happen this morning and the 10min issue that happen at NAP. Want did they tell you Yash when you contacted them.

We had a minor DDOS attack that spiked up pps traffic significantly and our bandwidth by 150mbps. They NOC techs took care of it fairly quickly.
schooner, they are clueless on the source of your packet loss. This is what I am told:
He seems to have packet loss all the way through.. never seen so much packet loss at each hop along the way… interestingly he only has 2% packet loss at the final destination. Client should contact his ISP

I don’t think so, becasue when it happen I checked all your sites, then checked other sites about 5 of them off your network and no problems accessing pages.

no.. NapOftheAmericas is just the datacenter, our network is supplied to us by InterNap.
We have nothing to do with their site network-wise. But I’ll leave an enquiry with them about the site.
Yea, I know you don’t have anything to do with there website. Maybe they are redesigning it or something. I just have links on my site to there site.
