what is a quota issue? Can you explain?
Im getting no where with live chat, i need to setup 7 mail boxes with 250mb of space each. i keeping getting error>>>>>>>

there is a bit of a known error we have hit with this, MS exchange uses a 1024bit byte, and Hsphere uses a 1000 bit byte so it causes some calculation errors.
Tell me what plan you are on and i will fix it now. (reseller plan)
there is only one exchange account in my admin panel. Check my plan settings and fix that to, live chat has no clue for 2 hours now.

What is public store used for, do i set this for 7 mialboxes @ 250mb each or what do i need this for??
public store is for community file and calender space.
By plan, i don’t mean username, I mean plan, value, lite, etc
just please look at that plan in my admin panel and set it up correctly, so i can get these 7 mialboxes setup for them, they have called twice already this morning, there IT guy was there.
I just need to know the plan, anyway i will ask a tech and get it so I can fix it, taking more time.
all mailboxes wil have 250mb of space @ $12.95. The plan is the msExchange.
jsut erase all my settings in the plan and start over, i have no clue!
try to create them now, the problem was that the plan, and the quota in the CP were out of sync

no, because I upped the total to a bit of an extreme level to make sure that the bit to byte ratio would not play a part, on your RESELLER plan, that was what I was asking for all along.
however, even after that the total mail quota on the end user plan was correct, but in the panel itself it was 250MB, and the error happened due to that
so ill actually set up 7 accounts at 250mb which is really 1750mb, it will be $9.95/ea then?

DO i have to do any settings in the orginal control panel the domain is in for the MX records to work with exchange?

we have about 5 clients on exchange, the problem was you had a 250MB quota and trying to sign up a 250Mb plan on it, this bit to byte problem makes it see not enough space, and throw an error.
You HAd changed the plan to 1750Mb, but the quota in the end user was still set to 250MB. Remember when you upgrade plans on hsphere it does not push the changes to the client panel.
yes, you need to remove the MX record from the other plan for this domain, and point it to the exchange server.
can they shared the calender and all features though out all accuonts, is this what public folder is??
ok let me explain better. They want certain parts like calender, tasks etc. to be able to be shared and seen with all accounts so everyone sees the same info.
For example if president puts things in calender she wants everyone to be able to see the calender and what is going on.
Is this possible with exchange and is this what public folder is for??
