Possible breach of Reseller annonomity

I just this morning realised the my******r.biz control panel has a link in the banner space to Help centre of Jodo.

Now, its quite easy to get to find this page, is somebody really was digging especially if already a resellers customer and know IP addresses.

Just letting you guys know, others may have already spotted it, but never mind.

There are several other things like whois info of m****here.biz domain.

I think Jodo should improve a bit on annonymity.

They very good, these rectifications will make them better.

what do you want the whois information for that domain to be changed to? It makes no reference to JodoHost

Thanks Yash for looking into it. Keep up the good work!!!

when I get emails bounced back it says the same m****here.biz

i wish this could change also

Sorry but that can not be changed (the email bounces)

The Registrant is Atul Kumar your CEO whose photo is on your FrontPage. The Address is same as the one displayed on your Contact Us Page.

That is enough for anyone trying to find out who the Provider of the Reseller is.

You can just enable something like WhoisGuard of Namecheap or something similar.

Any updates on this?

Thanks

Am waiting for the update on this matter too. Especially the WHOIS info.

The link is still there. Any updates on this?
We all know you have bigger fish to fry, with all the upcoming stuff, but.
Much appreciated.

I took care of the cp banner header for you.

What about the whois info?

Nothing we can do on it really.

I think the real problem are the DNS servers. When I first signed-up I was told the 2 IP’s available were for the DNS servers, but that wasn’t right.

I think it’s pretty easy to spot a reseller just by the NS themselves. If that could be changed it would be great!

eehost, only the top plan gets dedicated IPs for the nameserver now, as each nameserver can only serve(be bound to)512IPs, then you have to get a new nameserver in place.
