Whats going on CP’s are down sites are slow and you live chat is off you website???

mysql2 not responding
i noticed several of my websites are down… why is mysql2 not responding?
Same for me, which is extremely frustrating as yesterday I launched a big revamp of my website, and now nothing appears.
I get a page load error with the following message: “Connection Interrupted
The document contains no data. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.”
Also the link to login into Jodohost to try and contact support is not working.
I’m seeing the same for all of my sites too. I can’t even connect through FTP.
Mysql2 seems to be down… and i like how the live chat button on their website has gone missing too.
I thought the live chat button was easily findable from the homepage, but can’t find that either. I finally got the login page to open but now that’s gone to a page load error too. My other accounts all work okay, but my main website is on a silver plan, and that doesn’t work at all. Very very frustrating.
We are looking into the issue, and will post an update soon.
Everything down that connects to an SQL server for me - which, of course, is 95% of all my sites.
Appreciate everything you’re doing to get the servers back up.

Cannot access the cp for old shared customers
Hi,
I cannot access the cp for the old shared windows customers (Date of Signup: Prior to June 23rd, 2007).
Also the Live chat button dissapeared.
What kind of support is this?
We have traced down problem to a particular switch. Looking at our options now for quickest resolution.
Windows Servers all down
Hi there,
All my sites are down, just checked Jodopulse and all windows server are down. I didnt find any thread in forum explaining whats going on and Live chat was removed. Im glad this happened in a Sunday, but hope to hear news from Jodohost soon.

One of our core switches is down, and it happened at a bad time, I had my phone on vibrate and was cooking lunch. so I missed it for some minutes the timing so far is my fault, Tanmay anad staff were doing all they can to bring it up including rebooting the switch and trying to get it going.
