If using spamassassin, you qualify to use signature networks like razor2 and DCC that can be big help right away. Processing 600,000-800,000 mails a day now on each of our servers, we straightaway disqualify to use them.
We are very tigthly capped within limitation posed by Hsphere for this task and cant play with ease. Almost no solution fits in directly without any changes.
BTW, these servers for webhosting or some organization? You can simply ignore the question as i’m just asking out of curiosity.

Something has happened the last couple of days because Spam has decreased a lot! Thanks… what did you guys end up doing?
MailWise has been generating alot of false positives, we are reconsidering if the effort is worth it right now.
We are however going full steam ahead with our own custom solution
I guess I spoke too soon and you guys turned things off because I must have received 30+ Spam between last night and now 8o
