I am trying to login to get some help with my hosting site via a support ticket. However, it will not allow me to do so, it simply redirects me to another crazy page. Can someone please let me know what to do from here?

I had the same problem. Why couldn’t support send out an email to current account holders?
We did, we sent out to every account holder. We also posted the notices here and on facebook. Simple matter is people ignore most of our mails, and don’t check the forums or facebook for updates.
