serverzb, your initial ticket was answered almost immediately. However the second request was a more rare level3 request and had to be referred back to a more senior admin. Hence the delay in reply.
This is by no means normal of course
so how long shall we wait AGAIN???
your response speed is terribly slow
it is just simply a simpe custom php.ini questions, which can be always answered in minutes at othe provider… ![]()
I did get your reply again, but it looks like nothing is replied…
no information about where the file is and how to…
They have put the php.ini file in your user dir.
I appologize for the slow response. This is not typical. However the question was of a different nature and couldn’t be answered straight off
Your staff is now asking for the information that I have provided YESTERDAY
what now???
Ticket is rediculousely still UNresolved after 24 hours

There is NO php.ini in user dir and the php.ini you see is customer’s
your mamagement is pretty messed up there
It looked ilke that you don’t have management permissions on servers?
WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO PROVIDE A php.ini FILE???
Maheep has provided you the PHP.ini now. Just place it in user’s domain folder.
My ticket (#DKL-64681-663) was opened on July 24th and remains unresolved.
Do I need to complain to get some attention?
Regards
I have checked on that ticket, and see that is got stuck in a wrong queue, I will make sure it gets handled tonight, or find out what the hold up was in creating this.

I’ve had a positive experience with the service at JodoHost since I made the move from my previous reseller provider 8 months ago. Everyone at JodoHost appears to put forth the extra effort to provide the best service possible.
As this open ticket remains unresolved (#DKL-64681-663), I would like to urge everyone at JodoHost to remember that good customer service is vital. If I can’t count on you to provide me timely service my reseller customers can’t count on me to provide timely service.
I hope as your business grows you don’t forget why some of us are here; our other reseller providers didn’t perform very well.
Thanks for listening.
I understand, and am again working on this, to get it handled.
Oh! I see the issue, it is not a regular request, but a sub license request, which has not been working properly. I got it now, I thought at first we were just delayed in setting up a queue for you.
We have been having problems getting these sub-licenses to work properly, I am sorry.
The xSP software of Cerberus we are using is still in BETA
Give me 24 hours and I’ll try sorting it out

Thanks for the update.
MetaSkinny,
you know with that account setup like that, that we won’t get this in our queue to answer, or are you planning on handling all the support needs you just wanted to use cerberus?

Hi Stephen,
As I understand your anonymous support services, I should be able to pipe all tickets created using the Cerberus Helpdesk I have installed on my server to you for a monthly fee of $.50/customer.
Am I wrong?
We actually setup the anonymous support for you with a request, the cerberus setup you have is not even needed if that is what you are wanting.

I made the anonymous support setup request on July 24th.
I’m confused now.
The reason I want to use my own Cerberus Helpdesk is that it gives me more control over the look-and-feel and the built-in Knowledgebase.
I understood that your anonymous support services could work as follows:
[ol]
[li]A ticket is created using my Cerberus Helpdesk setup.
[/li][li]The ticket is then transferred to JodoHost to be answered anonymously by JodoHost.
[/li][/ol]
Is this not possible? What am I missing? Am I confusing myself unnecessarily?
I will need to see, I don’t know about the dual piping, we don’t have anytihng like that now(in fact the sub-licence is working so badly I don’t think one sub license works properly)
