web mail time outs

web mail in general for all mail servers times out. mail 1 mail 3 and mail 5 it happens all day sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t…

ive seen :

internal server 500 error messages

also

“There was an error connecting to your mail server. Your server reported: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)”

Let me know how it looks like today. The issue isnt related to the mailserver and thus seen inrrespective of the mailserver being used.

today all web mail interfaces are not responding even after the network status thread was updated.

This is the error:

500 - Internal Server Error

yep, seeing this all day

Praveen just posted announcement that webmail is slow. shouldnt the post read:
Webmail down, Been intermitant all day, we are working on it.

This is more accurate, rather than “slow” seeing as we cant access it full stop.
cheers

still having the same problem..

Getting lots of 500s today.

I am using webmail without problems, but Praveen is telling me there are problems with using other languages, so I am using english and may not see it.

my web mail is working flawless.. Horde by that matter

It seems with english also. its been up and down more times than my yo yo today. GMT anyway. 500 Internal Server errors, accross all webmail’s.
cheers

Just got one again at 10:40 am using DWMail. English.

Happening now again, horde, dwmail, squirrell.
There was an error connecting to your mail server. Your server reported: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)…(sqirrell) ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Live chat busy(hopefully fixing this)

yep, reports of this happening again today!!
whats going on with this webmail server???

cheers

Down once again. :frowning:

and again X(

I assure you we are working on this. We should have a solution this within the next 24 to 48h

Webmail server is working fine at the moment. We are still looking this issue why webmail was getting slow down. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

Are those that complaining about webmail on mail5?

nope, mail1, but i thought webmail was on a seperate server now? The issue hasnt been slow downs, but not being accessable. The default webmail selection page loads, (the grey one) then the issue happens when selecting which webmail you prefer. 500 internal error to begin with. jodopulse shows the downtime on the http adv sensor of webmail server.
hope this helps

its on a different server, but we are trying to isolate which mail servers it is having trouble with
