HSphere upgrade to 3.4 - Starting Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 1:00 AM EST

We plan to upgrade our servers to HSphere 3.4 starting Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 1:00 AM EST.

Control panel will be stopped for 4 hours for the upgrade to complete, and individual services may not be available intermittently during this time. Servers may be out of communication with the control panel for a longer period of time, which only means there may be a delay in using control panel.

This is primarily be a bug-fix update. There are certain new features that this upgrade allows to make available. However, their final availability will be announced separately.

Control panel update didn't work fine, and we end up having a non-working CP. Parallels tech support is already looking into the issue for some time now. We hope they will resolve this quickly.
 
We are still awaiting Parallels at this point. We really must proceed forward at this point and not go backwards, a bit of control panel downtime will allow a lot of good in the future. Web servers are UP and RUNNING.

This is not a matter of install corrupted or any such as that, it is Parallels license phone home feature not working properly to verify the new 3.4 formatted license.

Oh what a joy, Parallels says 'we will update you within 3 hours'
 
After initially moving at a very good pace the installs have hit a slowdown for a bit, we are still watching them and will update as others complete, or we have to do in and complete them manually.
Servers are up, just some cannot yet communicate to Hsphere CP for control purposes.
 
Win19 is done, Win20 is done. Win22 is done.
Win17 and 18, are doing auto update attempt now, win21(no live user accounts), win23 and win24 are going to need manual help.
