IP Blocked

I'm seeing a fresh iteration of this problem from Yahoo. This is from one of my clients trying to send mail from an ezmlm mailing list on the mail server.

Connected to 67.28.113.11 but greeting failed.

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long.

Mailing list messages are sent via a different IP so this doesn't affect the mail server and general email

I am checking this out

The problem still exists...any updates??

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.m****here.biz.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

550 Blocked for abuse. Please contact the administrator of your ISP or sending mail service.

They are the only ISP that is blocking us. I had contacted them but they didn't reply. I am going to try again.

From my experience with att.net, they normally remove any block within 4 weeks.
