Mail3?

OK, this is weird. Via the web interface, there is mail since Tuesday. But Outlook--while it claims to be connecting--is seeing nothing that wasn't already copied down locally.

It is excessive number of IMAP connection from some push email providers (like Blackberry), which in current migrating config are able to exhaust IMAP connections.

OK, so you're saying just be patient and it will work in a little bit?

Outlook, I can't say. Webmail client and Outlook uses same protocol in your case (IMAP). So they should see same content. Maybe try reconfiguring account and see if it fixes?

No luck so far. It is very, very strange: it is behaving as if everything is fine, but is not displaying any new messages or any messages after Tuesday. My phone sees new ones, the web interface shows new ones. Outlook does not.

There are Outlook repair tools available, or I think you can easily make a new PST and try on it?

it's not the PST. It's the connection somehow. All my old e-mail is there locally, no problem. Outlook is unable to "read" the current folders, but is not reporting any error.

I've deleted and recreated the account, same behavior.

No. This particular DB server it not available to direct external access at the moment. Are you unable to login at below URL (remove spaces) ?

http:// 173 .0. 137.3/ phpMyAdmin/index.php

I can access phpMyAdmin with this server. Do you know how I would access this server in SQLyog?

I tried http://173 . 0. 137. 3 (without the spaces) I've also tried it without the http.

Is there a certain port that we need to use?

Yes there will be such a port, we'll publish it shortly, sorry for jumping the gun on recommending this at the moment, now once we have that port in place, it will be the best thing to use :D
