It's certainly one of their strong points yes, willingness to listen to the need of the customers.
The migration procedures could use some work, but luckily that kind of thing isn't everyday practise :)
 
Thanks for the recommendation chrischross. I've allready set up am Mail queue database and am using a cursor within a stored procedure to send (html) mail from the table. So far so good. The one thing that concerns me though is email security. Can anyone send email from anyones elses account? I think I'll test this.
