Ok. Thank you for the update. I have informed my client of the problems.

Some of my clients are complaining that when they send and email to another person outside of their domain it takes up to a day to appear in that person's mailbox. Any ideas on why this is occurring? Thanks, Cari

I use this one from DUWare. It is free and I customized it to fit my needs. http://www.duware.com/products/detail.asp?iPro=15 They have lots of awesome software for free and it is really well written and commented.

I can't access either control panels, the domain admin one or the reseller one. I have read in other threads that this problem has been fixed since it has been down for 3 days for me, I don't believe it has been fixed. Please let me know when they are back up.

Go to your plan setups and add the antispam and antivirus features to each plan. Then it should be available to those plans in the email area. :)) I just found this myself, so I may not have it exaclty right, but hope it helps.
