yep, getting bounce but shes still getting it. I ask her for headers and the bounch error message, she doesn't have it and said can't get it was her customers. Strange isn't it she gets it and sender gets a bounce. What would cause this.

What would cause bounce E-mails on Mail-5 being sent from cox.net, but E-mails are still being received on our end. Their was another ISP doing this samething if you need it besides cox.net My client is getting the E-mails, but saying her clients are getting bounce E-mails after their E-mails...

What is the status on this Site Studio update. I have had 2 customers sign up using it within the last week. Can we get this install done??

Is there a way to use <cp.mycompanyname.com> or <cp.my*hsphere.biz> to load my personal banner in my customers control panel. The default banner in H-sphere comes from this location <cp.my*hsphere.biz> and the SSL you guys have install works with no security warnings when the default banner...

I hand code also. Be nice to speed things up but I also like the challenge handcoding :tongue:, it also helps learning and staying updated.

Is there a way to take a site studio install from one directory and move to another directory so its workable? My client started building their site under a 3rd level domain,then bought a domain. So everytime she makes a change in site studio, she has to keep moving files from the 3rd level...

Ok reason for the powepack question, is I need a box it comes in for a picture, for my website. I can't fine one. What is the real name of the powerpack software upgrade is it Plesk Plus? Do we use Pleak Reloaded for anything?

Is Plesk Reloaded consirdered the powerPack?? For Virtuozzo is it version 3.5 currently being used??

What about the H-sphere Backup tool, will this do the job to backup databases??? I have never used it.

No never looked. I don't use it, I hand code all our websites. I just would like to get it updated for clients. I bet it does write awful code. :rolleyes:
