Cluster1 Post upgrade master thread - myh*ph*ere.biz based domain

    For sake of organization on the forums, I'd like to ask that any issue shared/reseller related to cluster1 be posted here.

    I've made a merged thread for cluster2, as I was a bit late on the ball to make such thread, but for cluster1 I think it can be more orderly.

    Websites down

    I host three domains on winCF and all three of my sites are down and as far as I can tell, have been all morning. When I access any of them, I get a blank page in Firefox or "this page can not be displayed" message in IE. One site runs on PHP with mySQL, the other ColdFusion with MSSQL Server, and the third is straight HTML, and I can FTP into the sites and see all my files.

    As always seems to happen when I have an urgent problem, the Live Chat link on the Jodohost home page is conveniently missing. I submitted a ticket an hour and a half ago and got the auto-response that the expected response time would be 1 hour, but I've heard nothing back.

    How do I get this problem fixed ASAP?

    We are checking it, this is due to the update and we have tens of thousands of sites and cant possibly check them all, we've posted that wincf may be displaying blank pages for some in the status forum.

    Right now all our resources are going toward updates ticket is the best bet to let us know of any issue.

    We sent notice of the upgrades last weekend,most have gone quite well but there are always to be expected a few bugs.

    your sites and some of the others having should be up now. There was an error induced by the failed update affecting logging on some users.

    My clients report that ioncube not working at least on 64.71.235.89
    mssql11 and mssql10 - the application that backup/restore mssql database not working.

    Please refer to a server by name. IP is almost useless to us.

    We are aware of a number of issues and still working hard at it, there are a number of updates giving errors as well :( Some of them very minor some more major, but we are working through it.

    At this point it looks like there will be a handful of servers off hsphere for up to 48 hours, and hsphere itself is not communicating properly to the upgraded servers right now either.

    8o what a day. (We have a ticket in about not communicating to servers, as it worked in all tests and yesterday in production as well.)

    ok that is web11 server.
    We are aware and have ticket in about zend and ioncube not loading.

    We have all configs setup including a custom template but hsphere is pushing out without them included.

    It seems 'System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission not working after the update on windows servers. Is there a change in master web.config?

    I would like to suggest to you open a ticket with mention domain name.

    There wasn't a web.config/achine.config change with the update. I would recommend doing ask Akshay has requested and sending some details via ticket.

    My domains on win16 - 64.187.109.146 are not loading. Live Chat was able to start one, I also opened a ticket. Is this part of the upgrade?

    yes it would be part of the upgrade, posted about blank pages on some servers and win16 is more affected than any others.
    It should be handled via ticket, and live chat too can get it going.

    thanks, I haven't heard anything on my ticket - FTW-82940-261, it is only about an hour, but what is the time frame on these corrections. I saw where you mentioned it is a fairly quick fix for a domain.

    you may need to check ModSecurity as I'm seeing a lot of errors and warnings in the error log. there was no problem like this before the upgrade :(

    don't think it is mod security, but the waythat the htaccess templates are loading up.

    I am not a unix person, they are working on your ticket and a couple others like it however.
    I have my hands more than full on the windows side right now with Parallels and my own little side work from watching them.
