ok on the stats am curious if you compare AWStats to raw log analysis if there is a large difference. Thre are a couple other people complaining about less hits on stats, but in my testing it seems all logs are being recorded.
I'd recommend downloading the logs and doing a local analysis, I like Funnel Web Analyzer.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the link for Funnel Web Analyzer..very nice!
OK let me try and explain what I see and what is different.
A few days ago I picked 3 domains that were not working correctly with AWStatas. 2 of those domains had understated Stats in them and one showed none.
I turned AWStats off and then on again thinking that might clear the problem.
The next day I looked and there appeared to be no change. Now that I look agin there is a slight change.
The two domains that showed some stats in them now appear to be tabulating correctly starting with March 9th data. There was no correction to data that showed earlier than that since the time of the H-Sphere upgrade.
The domain that showed no statistics for March at all still shows no data.
Here is what looks different based on the logs going through File Manager.
For the two domains that now seem to be working there are is a daily series of logs. todays log has a size to it (which I would expect) The logs dated the 9th through the 11th show as 0 kb in size (which I am assuming is due to being written into AWStats log correctly now during nightly processing.)
The domain I started and stopped AWStats on that showed no data along with another domain that I didn't do that to that also shows no data in AWStats have a different pattern in the logs. All of the daily logs have a size to them (none that are 0) I can download and look at those individual logs through Funnel. They seem to all make sense as to the activity that they show. But the AWStats interface still shows nothing for the entire month.
I dont know if anyone from support (or yourself) has performed any actions that might have changed anything yet at this point.
I am thinking about trying to turn AWStats off and then on again on all of the domains (10 more I believe) to try again and see if that clears anything. The only downside I am aware of (if it works at all) is that it seems any data that would show through the Interface might be lost for any prior days.
Do you think it would be wise to try that? Or have any other thoughts?
Thanks Stephen!
