Email bouncing - host rejected

Yash, when are the MTA relay issues going to be resolved? I've been getting calls from a client. Before I saw this thread, I looked to see if their IP was blacklisted by any spamlists, and it was listed:

http://www.blars.org/errors/block.html
http://www.five-ten-sg.com/blackhole.php

What can I tell them? I doubt it has to do with those two spamlisting as they are obscure lists, but this MTA relay is causing some problems.

This might explain why many people are not getting my e-mails since I started hosting here. I have sent reply after reply to members requesting info about some ebay auctions and many are not getting through to them.

The MTA issue only happens when you do not POP3 into your account before SMTPing.
jimsau, if this error happens, you will receive a returned copy of your email.

There is another thread about this. It doesn't affect your ability to receive email.
