I hate myself.
Not satisfied with everybody?s failure... I tried the genius "i?ll save the world approach" ... and spent several days on it.

Several futile days, that is. X(

The truth seems to be only one: NO FREE HELPDESK will have a working parser. Cerberus included. (not to say even the paying versions)

If you are another fool like me... trying to find the magic wand... and have read all the posting here... Dont agravate yourself any longer. Free Parsers WILL NOT work.

Anyone, consider it a challenge... and prove me wrong (please :( )
