Example of primary FTP malfunctioning is for bafirm.com. The primary account fails to load directory listing consistently.

Same issue exists for primary FTP accounts Stephen. Either they land outside of the root directory OR there are no permissions to overwrite files. The form ticket is EJR-41452-909. However, Tanmaya has recently replied to it. That the mail was queued. I will check if they were received...

Support tickets are stacking up with no responses. Some have been unaddressed for 24hrs. All of the issues are related to sites that are broken after/during the migration. Our clients need to be given up to date information regarding the issues with their sites.

it's not the PST. It's the connection somehow. All my old e-mail is there locally, no problem. Outlook is unable to "read" the current folders, but is not reporting any error. I've deleted and recreated the account, same behavior.

No luck so far. It is very, very strange: it is behaving as if everything is fine, but is not displaying any new messages or any messages after Tuesday. My phone sees new ones, the web interface shows new ones. Outlook does not.

OK, this is weird. Via the web interface, there is mail since Tuesday. But Outlook--while it claims to be connecting--is seeing nothing that wasn't already copied down locally.

No luck. FWIW, SMTP mail works with the domain name, it's just IMAP. Ticket is FZO-46766-768.
