Hi We don't use the built-in Hsphere Support Center for our clients. But some still try to use it. Is there any way to turn that off so our client cannot access the built-in Support Center?

If it is using MVC does this mean it would work on IIS6? Or would it only work on certain IIS6 servers that have received some update that allows this to work? I'm just a bit hesitant to have this deployed to all existing clients on IIS6 until I understand a bit better why it seems to be...

We have a custom CMS that uses page routing. Currently, the system uses clean URLs that end in "/". Supposedly, this is fine for IIS7. But our understanding is that in order for page routing to work on IIS6 all URLs must end in ".aspx". However, our CMS and it's page routing works on IIS6...

We've got a ticket in too, but just saw this thread... We currently cannot connect remotely to 11, 12 or 13 and it has brought our production to a halt too. It started yesterday and has been going up and down ever since (currently down). Any ETA on when this might be resolved (for good)...

It seems the default spf in hsphere is: v=spf1 a mx -all ... instead of: v=spf1 a mx ~all The default seems to cause spf bounces when sending from here. Is the default txt record for spf really "wrong" because it uses a dash instead of a tilde? And if so, is there any way to have...
