Nothing is getting to the browser. Not sure how it is testing for stuff against Firefox. This is so strange, and the plain fact that the code works on another server and not on this one is very very weird.

It's exactly what it says. It allows you to backup that CP account. It zips up all files for the web hosting side and allows you to download it. Give it a try. -Ben

That is the issue, the spool delays messages for far too long. I rewrote the code to utilize cfobject to create a cdo.message. Now messages get to the mail server in under 15 seconds, which is perfect for sending time-sensitive pages.

Has anyone tried creating a CDO.message cfobject to be able to send mail that way instead of cfmail (which can queue messages such that they can take 20-60 minutes to be delivered)? I recently did this, but was wondering if there were any issues with this? Is there any special code you have...

I just posted on this in another topic. But I am seeing the same issue. The Emails are getting delays 20-60 minutes. Was this issue ever resolved? The site in question is hosted on wincf2.

I did a pseudo-work around. I created an A record as indicated. The on my main site, I created a file and used it to create a redirect to the dwmail subdirectory. It's a pain in the butt, and doesn't work if someone directly types it in to their browser. But for now, it'll have to do. -Ben

Perhaps it is time to consider removing any spam filtering from the help desks. Even if you get 200 messages a day, it doesn't take someone that long to close those tickets and delete them, does it? It is much better for that to happen then for our tickets (or our customer tickets) to continue...
