Glad to hear that Yash since in xscott's thread it seemed like the traffic would still be counted and you didn't reply to my post on 9/27 about it.

But H-Sphere is still counting it (or whatever H-Sphere uses) so we cannot get an accurate total for our email usage.

That seems to be a COM library to talk to MSMQ, is that right? If it is, then you could just use the MSMQ classes in .Net instead. Also MSMQ may or may not be turned on for the servers. That might be another issue.

Doing a quick google search it looks like it is a header for the Zinc application library. You probably need the headers and libs from Zinc to be able to recompile this.
