Cannot create Helpdesk ticket

    I tried:
    • Using
    • Sending e-mail totechsupport @ jodohost
    • Sending e-mail to customersupport @ jodohost
    The result is always the same: I get an automated response that my e-mail address is not recognized. However, my e-mail is the same everywhere and it has not been changed for years.
