HSphere File manager not working

The File Manager within HSphere is not working for some sites. I can't find this addressed anywhere, but I suspect it is due to the HSphere upgrade.

From what I can tell, sites on wincf3 are having this problem. Clicking on the File Manager icon gives a 404 error.

Also could not change FTP password via HSphere.

Yes, we don't recommend changing ANY windows server settings.
Webshell is down still even on some cluster2 servers, not that it doesn't load, it jsut doesn't actually let you do anything.

FTP is the way to go right now.

We are working on this long and hard with Parallels, we have Dimitry one of their developers on working on all issues for the last 6.5 hours, and before that one of their senior techs.

We aren't able to do a lot with speeding them up as they are custom coding a number of changes to get items fixed.
 
Win30 ASPNET it not working after HSphere upgrade!

I need some information about this issue and when do you expect that the problem will be fixed.

I need something to talk to my customers.

ASPNET is working, if you had it already on, it will not work to add it on to new domains.
If you have a domain needing asp.net turned on you can submit a ticket.

We are prepping a mass mail to all about known issues, workaround if available, and steps to take.

I'm confused, it's not working yet!

Now i'm receiving /stb/stb redirect, i think that it's wrong.

Directory stb is an application with aspnet 2.0, and just it.

Could you help-me?

the problem was in your web.config for authentication it had ~/stb/default.aspx which made a forever loop, i just changed it to default.aspx and all is fine.
 
email has stopped working from my site eg: my contact form, however i can still send via webmail.
I know you guys are busy and i have a ticket in....are there mail issues to or maybe this is isolated to my domain.

they are isolated, not systemwide, send a ticket please.

edit: we are trying to get parallels to move a bit quicker here, we are ready to be all up as much as every client!

Praveen P answered it for you.

Ticket is the way to get things done fastest at the moment.

I do expect since CP is working to control most servers now that it will slow down in support volume and we'll be able to get back to normal support priority.

ModSecurity is not letting me do some of the admin functions on a lot of my sites using a CMS.

My ticket went in at 7pm yesterday AGR-80563-808 and I got a message at 12:23 asking to replicate the errors.

I responded at 6:45 am and still haven't heard back.

I have another client getting a 403 Forbidden just trying to access his home page.

Several clients noticed the down time and I can't get some requested updates done at this point.
