    I created a ticket in http://helpdesk.jodohost.com/support/ system yesterday and it never appeared in my ticket list, no one responded or contacted me. I created another one 5 hours ago - same thing, like it never happened. I know that helpdesk tickets never appeared in the list instantly...

    UPDATE Apparently the tickets are created, they are simply not visible to me. JodoHost just reacted to my request but I still don't see the ticket in my History list.     I use http://helpdesk.jodohost.com/support/ I can login and (sort of) create a ticket. But this ticket doesn't appear in the list of open tickets. I still can see my old resolved tickets but the new ones never added.
