I went ahead and posted a support ticket on this.

In addition... I am trying to get the customer to get MORE info from Blackberry as all they provided above was an error, not exactly what there server was doing. I know they said they submitted delete request, but they didn't say exactly how that was done... what protocol what port and so forth.

I have a client that has used a Blackberry 8830 for quite a while. I am going to provide his email of the history of events below and would love some feedback. He is tied to mail4 which had issues within the last week I believe. Don't know if it is related or not. Thanks, Greg

Question... will emails coming to Mail4 bounce or is there another server queuing up email before getting to MAIL4?

This all he had in robots.txt User-agent: msnbot Disallow: / He said he felt like the others ignored the robots.txt so he did NOT add them. He also said he added a sitemap (XML) a while back as well.

I have a customer here that is getting bounce back messages to his account from where someone is spoofing his email address. Is there anything he can do to prevent this or at least block all these bounce backs? Thanks, Greg

We are seeing WEB5 not responding as well. Customer very irritated as it has happened twice today and I see it happening as well.

It has gotten back to sub 1 second at the moment.

<< right now, all is good" We are still seeing 15 second load times when it should be sub 1 second.
