One of my customers asked if our servers have IRCD support. I have never heard it before I but guess its a kind of irc deamon. I dont know much about irc stuff. Whats it all about and can I provide that kind of a service ? thx

What is the chance and future plans to provide a similiar service on the windows platforms. Microsoft and VMware has pretty good softwares for that... I would be highly intrested in that...

Believe me Yash, its not that hard if you are working with required number of, qualified staff. I have no idea about the number but there is no-doubt that the latter one needs improvement. I hope it will be better soon :]
